Terms of Use
QuickClaimAI is a self-service document automation platform operated by PriorLex LLC. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Platform scope. QuickClaimAI helps consumers organize facts, estimate recovery ranges, and generate self-service recovery packets across the following workflow categories:
- airline claims
- subscriptions and recurring-charge disputes
- card charge dispute evidence packs
- shipping and courier claims
- utility and telecom billing disputes
- warranty and defective-product claims
- credit report disputes
- marketplace reimbursement claims
- scoped travel, auto, and home insurance appeals
Not a law firm. QuickClaimAI is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you before any airline, merchant, carrier, insurer, agency, regulator, or court.
You remain the filer. You are always the named filer and sender of every letter, complaint, dispute, or appeal prepared with the platform. You review, sign, file, and submit documents yourself.
Documents and guidance only. QuickClaimAI prepares templates, checklists, narratives, timelines, and filing guidance. It does not file documents for you, contact third parties on your behalf, negotiate settlements, or hold recovery funds.
Excluded workflows. QuickClaimAI does not prepare court filings, does not prepare USCIS forms, does not support health or PHI workflows, and does not provide healthcare, immigration, or litigation services.
Insurance appeals are limited. Current insurance flows are limited to consumer travel, auto, and home/renters claim appeals. Health-insurance and disability-benefit workflows are not supported.
No guaranteed recovery. Eligibility results, timelines, rule matches, and estimated recovery ranges are informational only. They are examples and estimates, not guarantees of payment, reversal, reimbursement, or regulatory action.
Fees. During the airline test launch, a $19one-time fee unlocks digital packet access. QuickClaimAI does not charge any percentage-of-recovery success fee, and any recovery is paid directly to you by the relevant third party.
Accuracy and review. Laws, regulations, carrier rules, and marketplace policies can change. You are responsible for reviewing every generated document before using it and for deciding whether a workflow fits your situation.
Acceptable use. You may not use the platform to submit fraudulent claims, impersonate another person, upload information you do not have permission to use, or misuse the platform for unlawful conduct.
Availability and changes. We may update workflows, pricing, content, or these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time you submit your information governs that submission.
