Privacy Policy
QuickClaimAI is operated by PriorLex LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use the platform.
What we collect. We collect the information you choose to submit, which can include your name, email, account or booking references, transaction amounts, dates, narratives about what happened, consent records, and claim-specific facts needed to generate your packet.
Optional files. If a document-upload workflow is made available in a beta or future release, we may process files you choose to provide, such as screenshots, receipts, emails, statements, or claim documents. Do not upload health records, PHI, USCIS materials, or other unsupported sensitive documents.
How we use information. We use submitted information to evaluate eligibility, build timelines, generate self-service recovery packets, support your dashboard access, process one-time payments, provide transactional communications, maintain an audit trail, and keep the product working safely.
Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. QuickClaimAI does not receive or store full card numbers, CVC values, or full payment-instrument details.
Service providers. We may use hosting, database, email-delivery, analytics, and payment-processing providers strictly to operate the platform. We do not sell personal information and we do not share user data with attorneys or referral networks for lead generation.
Storage and access controls. When claim documents or uploads are stored, they are intended to be kept in private, access-controlled storage. We do not intentionally expose uploaded claim documents through public URLs, and any temporary access links are expected to be signed and time-limited.
Communications. We may send transactional emails about your claim, packet, payment, or account activity. We do not send marketing SMS unless you separately opt in.
Retention. We retain claim records only as long as reasonably needed to operate the product, support follow-up requests, investigate issues, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion at claims@quickclaimai.com, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Children and unsupported categories. QuickClaimAI is not intended for children under 13 and is not designed for court filings, USCIS matters, health-insurance claims, or PHI workflows.
Contact. Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to claims@quickclaimai.com.
